OUR BUSINESS MODEL

Flexible engagement models to suit the business needs

EXECUTIVE MODEL

We can be part of your board or be your executive advisor with a long-term fixed monthly fee. Engagements can be reviewed annually with a minimum engagement of 18 months

PROGRAM MODEL

We can offer our services on a fixed daily fee and minimum number of days in a month. The engagement activities can be mutually agreed and the consultation is purely on a need to need basis.

MENTOR MODEL

We can take a complete end to end assignment at a flat fee with payout made on a monthly basis. A risk free model, as any extension of agreed time lines in a fixed assignment is not charged to the customer
